1.1 This Schedule applies where your Services include access to a Cloud Platform:
1.2 This Schedule prevails over the Master Services Agreement to the extent of any inconsistency.
2.1 We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Cloud Platforms available continuously, excluding planned maintenance (scheduled where practicable to minimise operational impact), emergency maintenance, and events beyond our reasonable control.
2.2 We monitor the platforms and apply security updates on an ongoing basis.
3.1 Support is available to Users by the channels published on our website (including support@aeroranger.com and in-product help), during Australian business hours (AWST/AEST), excluding public holidays. We respond to support requests promptly and prioritise by impact.
3.2 Support does not include training beyond published materials, custom development, or rectification of issues caused by your equipment, networks, data or misuse — which we may offer at our standard rates.
4.1 API access, where included, is per the Documentation and any limits in your Order Form or the Documentation. We may apply fair-use throttling to protect the platforms; sustained excess usage may incur additional Fees on notice.
4.2 API credentials are Confidential Information; you are responsible for calls made with your credentials.
Data location, security, export and end-of-term decommissioning for the Cloud Platforms are set out in Schedule 4. Data rights are set out in clause 8 of the Master Services Agreement.
6.1 Dashboard is provided as is:
6.2 Moving to CORE. Dashboard customers may move to CORE at any time.
6.3 Retirement. We may retire Dashboard (in whole or in part) at any time. From retirement, Dashboard ceases to be available; a Subscription continues on CORE where the customer moves to CORE, and otherwise ends at retirement (with any Fees prepaid for a period after that date refunded pro rata).
6.4 Subject to clause 16 of the Master Services Agreement, retirement of Dashboard under clause 6.3 in accordance with its terms is not a breach of this agreement and does not give rise to any claim beyond the refund in clause 6.3.
7.1 We continually develop CORE and may modify features, provided modifications do not materially reduce the core functionality of Services under a current Order Form. If a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, your remedy is under clause 21.3 of the Master Services Agreement.
7.2 We may retire any other Service line on at least 30 days' notice, otherwise on the same basis as clause 6.3.
