1.1 This Schedule applies where your Services include our mobile applications — including CarLink, PatrolLink and AlertLink, and any successor or additional apps we make available (the Apps).
1.2 This Schedule prevails over the Master Services Agreement to the extent of any inconsistency.
2.1 We grant each User a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the Apps on devices they control, for the Customer's purposes under this agreement, for the term of the applicable Subscription.
2.2 Apps distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the store's terms. For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the individual end user's installation; as between you and us, this agreement prevails.
2.3 You acknowledge that the app stores, not us, control distribution, and that an App's availability in a store may change. We are not a party to your relationship with Apple or Google.
3.1 The Apps require compatible devices and operating-system versions, which we publish in the Documentation and may update as platforms evolve.
3.2 The Apps request device permissions needed for their functions — camera (plate capture and evidence), location (geo-tagging reads and patrol activity), notifications (alerts), and network/storage (sync and offline operation). Functions dependent on a permission will not operate if it is declined.
3.3 The Apps may operate offline and synchronise when connectivity resumes; you are responsible for network connectivity, and acknowledge captured records remain on-device until synchronised.
4.1 We release App updates through the stores. Updates may be required for continued operation (including for security or compatibility); the Apps may cease functioning against unsupported versions, and we support only current and recent versions as published in the Documentation.
Data captured through the Apps is Customer Data (Captured Data) and is handled under clause 8 of the Master Services Agreement, the Privacy Policy and Schedule 4. Device telemetry from the Apps is handled under the Privacy Policy.
