This policy applies to everyone who uses Aero Ranger's platforms, apps, APIs and hardware. Capitalised terms are defined in the Master Services Agreement.
1. Use the Services lawfully and for their purpose
- Use the Services only for proper business, regulatory or statutory purposes, and in compliance with all applicable laws — including privacy, surveillance-devices, road-transport and local-government laws that apply to your deployments.
- Do not track, monitor or surveil any person or vehicle except with lawful authority or the consent of the person concerned.
- Do not use the Services to stalk or harass anyone, or to record private activity.
- Ensure any public notification or signage your use requires is in place.
2. Respect the platform and other customers
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, overburden or degrade the Services or the networks and infrastructure supporting them.
- Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, another user's account, or any system or data you are not authorised to access.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Services except under a written authorisation from us.
- Do not introduce malware or harmful code, and do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data other than through the export and API features provided.
3. Content and data
- Only upload or input data you have the right to hold and share with us.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you have no lawful basis to process.
- Keep reference lists (permits, vehicles of interest) accurate and current; remove entries you no longer have a basis to hold.
4. Accounts
- Keep credentials confidential; do not share accounts; use the access-control features to remove departed personnel promptly.
- Report suspected compromise or misuse to support@aeroranger.com without delay.
5. Enforcement of this policy
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or restrict access under clause 7.5 of the Master Services Agreement, remove content, or terminate for material breach. We may preserve and disclose records where required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy and Schedule 4.
