Our head of hardware, embedded systems and support solutions, Sam has extensive experience in the areas of hardware componentry, hardware supply logistics and hardware solution mapping. As our head of support, Sam is also responsible for managing the Aero Ranger documentation, training material, and overall customer support solution.

With a specialist background in mobile user experience design for both XR and AI applications and ML computer vision research, Alex leads a variety of human-computer interaction projects as a part of the Aero Ranger Mobile Application team and Aero Ranger R&D team

Alex works to ensure mobile input devices integrate seamlessly with the Aero Ranger cloud, and to bring a range of Aero Ranger suite features to iOS devices - including portable vehicle data capture via the Capture ALPR app, and real-time edgeAI monitoring via the ALPR companion app.

A Full Stack Developer with over 6 years of experience in creating SaaS web products including SPAs and progressive web applications. His adept code-writing skills, as well as his ability to quickly assess and debug complex technical issues has consistently earned him appraisal from a variety of client industries. In his role as a senior developer, he not only relies on his coding competencies, but also on his creativity to continuously improve the UI and UX of software applications.

Within Aero Ranger, Awais leads the Aero Ranger Cloud web application team in design, frontend/backend development and deployment.
