- Prepare for and lead clear discovery conversations with prospective customers.
- Coordinate demonstrations, follow-up, procurement information and internal handover.
- Keep customer records, next steps and commercial documents current.
- Work with product and delivery teams so commitments remain accurate and documented.
Relevant experience
Relevant experience may include public-sector sales, account management, procurement, software or field operations.
